A rumor is being e-mailed around this week. It's been said that Ne-Yo is gay and finally coming out of the closet in the pages of the Essence Magazine's October issue. But according to the magazine, the rumor is 100% false.



"This story is not true. Ne-Yo isn't even in our October issue, and there's no one here by the name of Barbara Strafoff," a representative for Essence magazine.

But Ne-Yo, please explain this sentence: "I'm sorry mama, I'm in love with the boy next door".

R. Kelly's New Song A Tribute For Virginia Tech.

R. Kelly has written a new song called "Rise Up". It's about healing in the aftermath of the April 16 shootings at Virginia Tech. A gunman killed 32 people and himself on the university's campus in Blacksburg.

"Rise Up" will be available digitally May 15, and 100 percent of the net proceeds from its sale will go to the Hokie Spirit Memorial Fund, said Jive Records, Kelly's record label.
